Sixteen years ago, Andrew's life changed when he was diagnosed with lymphoma. It was an incredibly uncertain and frightening time, but thanks to the world-class care, compassion, and expertise at Brigham and Women?s Hospital, he is here with us today, healthy and thriving.

The Brigham didn?t just treat his cancer, they gave us hope, healing, and a future. That?s why this year, we?re proud to be running the 2026 Boston Marathon as part of the Stepping Strong Marathon Team, to give back to the hospital that gave so much to us.

The Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma Innovation was born from another story of survival and resilience, Gillian?s remarkable recovery after the Boston Marathon bombings. While her experience was rooted in trauma care, the spirit that drives the Stepping Strong Center, innovation, collaboration, and transforming lives through groundbreaking medicine, is the same spirit that saved my husband?s life.
