Bentley Volleyball - Dig Lavender Match

On the evening of Friday, September 27, our Bentley University women's volleyball team will hold it's annual "Dig Lavender" Night when we host Franklin Pierce University at 7 PM.

Lavender is the color ribbon for all rare cancers that don't have their own, including Adrenal Cortical Carcinoma that the late and legendary Bentley volleyball coach, Sandy Hoffman, fought courageously until her passing August 31, 2015. Funding for rare cancer is very limited and there are a few doctors who care for such uncommon diseases. There is a team of doctors who are working hard to find effective new treatments for this disease. All funds raised on Saturday will go directly to the Adrenal Fund supporting the research of Dr. Anand Vaidy.
