Hi everyone!

I'm delighted to share that I will be running my first ever 10K race in support of Brigham and Women's Surgical Cancer Care Fund!

This run is really meaningful to me in two ways. When I was 9-years old, I lost my grandma to breast cancer. She was a big part of my early life and the best grandma I could have ever asked for, so being able to help other people fighting the battles of cancer is important to me. I am running in loving memory of my grandma.

Also, I used to struggle running just one mile back in 2020 when I joined the ROTC program at Northeastern University. Throughout the training events in ROTC, I started to see massive improvements in my endurance and even started to enjoy going out for a run. Committing to training for a race is a big personal accomplishment for me, and I'm excited to see where this journey will take me!
