The Center for Surgery and Public Health (CSPH) is running the 2023 B.A.A. 10K as team Heal Ukraine.

Heal Ukraine is an effort organized by Dr. Nelya Melnitchouk, a physician originally from Ukraine, to improve cancer and trauma care in Ukraine. Heal Ukraine focuses on physician and patient education in the Ukrainian language that is evidence-based, created by experts and making it available through an open access online educational platform. Heal Ukraine facilitates free peer-to-peer consultations for physicians in Ukraine on variety of medical conditions, including traumatic injuries and other wartime conditions.
