My Fundraising Page
My best friend, Margaret Schroeder, was diagnosed with synovial sarcoma right after her 25th birthday. Margaret's case was, thankfully, treatable as she fought hard through numerous rounds of chemotherapy and surgery. For this, I am forever grateful, but this rare type of cancer needs more funding and research so others can have the same outcome. I would love your help in supporting this cause.
Where will your money go?
Dr. Chandrajit Raut, Chief of the Division of Surgical Oncology at BWH and Professor of Surgery at HMS, conducts research on multidisciplinary management of sarcomas—your money will support Dr. Raut's sarcoma research and education fund.
