I am honored to join my classmates fundraising for the Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma Innovation by running the BAA 10k on June 22, 2025. The Center traces back to the compassionate and life maintaining care afforded to victims of the 2013 Boston Marathon bombing.

The mission of The Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma Innovation is to catalyze trauma innovation for injured civilians and military heroes, through multidisciplinary investigative collaborations across the continuum of trauma care, from prevention to treatment and recovery.

Running has been my rock through schooling, deployments, and tumultuous events. Since moving to the Boston area I have been struck by the energy and density of innovative medical research and care. Trauma by its nature is life-alteringly uncomfortable and medical care is one of the few levers available to help those affected continue to step strong. Please consider supporting the heroes honing this lever at The Gillian Reny Stepping Strong Center for Trauma.
