My Fundraising Page
I’m proud to be running in support of Brigham and Women’s Hospital, raising critical funds for breast cancer and amputation research — two areas that are not only vital to medicine but also deeply personal to me and central to the work I do every day.
I have the unique privilege of caring for patients who are facing some of the most life-altering and emotionally challenging journeys imaginable. Whether it’s reconstructive surgery following a breast cancer diagnosis or complex procedures to help restore form and function after limb loss, I see the power of this work up close — in the strength of our patients, in their stories, and in their fight to heal.
I’ve been there to support women as they undergo mastectomies and navigate the physical and emotional toll of breast cancer. I’ve worked alongside patients recovering from amputation, helping them regain confidence, identity, and mobility. These experiences have left a lasting impact on me, and they are the reason I’m running.
Brigham and Women’s Hospital is at the forefront of innovation in both of these fields — from groundbreaking cancer research to cutting-edge advancements in limb reconstruction and prosthetics. The work we do here is changing lives, but we need continued support to push the boundaries even further.
I’m running for the patients I’ve cared for, for the strength they’ve shown, and for the future we can create together. Every step I take is in honor of their journey and in pursuit of hope, healing, and progress.
