My son, Will (12y) and I are running the BAA 10k together this June as part of the Brigham and Women's Hospital larger team. We have joined the GGI Surgery Team with our official name, "No Guts No Glory" and have partnered with BWH Surgical Oncology to raise money for pancreatic cancer research. We are running in honor of my grandfather, Al Alperin, my cousin, Judy Gutman, my mentor, Dr. Ernie Rosato, my former patients, and my too many friends, colleagues, and family members who have loved ones with this disease.
