Hi my name is Alex Burnham and I have worked as a medical assistant at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in the division of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for the past year and a half. While working here, I have been able to see so many patients going through their breast cancer journey and how reconstructive surgery can be a long journey. I am always honored to help so many patients along the way of their recovery. 

Last year I ran the BAA 10k for the Comprehensive Breast Care Center at Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital and I plan to run again this year to continue to raise more money for breast cancer care. This center provides comprehensive care for so many patients and I can’t wait to be able to raise more money to help more patients battle breast cancer!
